I have had the pleasure of working with Donna McDonough as a Job Placement Specialist in Nashua. Prior to moving to New Hampshire, I was a program director for supported employment services for a large Midwestern Arc. I employed many job developers over 10 years and I know that in human services, this is one of the most difficult positions to fill. Finding someone who has the compassion and sensitivity to work well with people with disabilities and other barriers to employment as well as someone who can really market to businesspersons in their language is rare.
